We are glad to welcome a Swedish industrial company NSR as a new member to Cleantech Scandinavia network. NSR (Nordvästra Skånes Renhållnings AB) is a regional waste management company, owned and managed by six municipalities in the region of Northwest Skåne, in southern Sweden.
NSR serves the population of 225 000 and is one of the leading companies in the recycling field in Sweden: it has the largest biogas production plant and the biggest landfil in the country. NSR has always been in the frontline of research and development and possesses also a high competence within biological treatment, waste characterisation and landfill research.
Currently NSR is building up a world-class innovations cluster in the area of waste treatment and recycling and is inviting cleantech companies in the area to cooperation.
